2020 CHOCOLATE CHALLENGE - POSTONED
FOR SATURDAY, MARCH 14,2020
With an abundance of caution, and after much thought and discussion among the leadership at La Familia Medical Center, it was decided to postpone the 2020 Chocolate Challenge event on Saturday, March 14th to a later date. As you know, the COVID-19 virus is a fast moving and rapidly changing situation and La Familia Medical Center decided to set a responsible public health example for the health and safety of all involved in the event.
We are reaching out to those who have already purchased tickets and/or have reservations to notify them of our decision to postpone the event. Our hope is to reschedule at a date to be determined after this situation has passed and we will reach out at that time to let everyone know of the plan.
This was a difficult decision, but your health and well-being is our primary concern. If you would like to request a refund on your ticket purchase or consider making your ticket purchase a donation, please contact Gloria Martinez at gmmartinez@lfmctr.org and we will do the best we can to process your request as quickly as possible. We will also honor your ticket when a new date has been set.
